At J D Lesemann Company, our commitment to you lasts long after you move into your new home. J D Lesemann Company provides a Limited Warranty program for one year from the time you close (see our warranty and maintenance manual). We also offer a Ten-Year Structural Warranty in addition to the Limited One-Year Warranty program.

At any time during the warranty period, we are always available to assess any concerns that you may have and to correct any problems or defects that may occur that are covered under our Warranty. We also perform an eleven month walkthrough after closing to correct items that are covered under our Warranty.
