Bobby Osborne John Lesemann
John Lesemann and Bobby Osborne have utilized their combined forty-seven plus years of home building experience to construct attractive and finely crafted homes in and around Clarendon County. Linda Lesemann has incorporated her business management experience to handle all of the administrative and accounting functions in the Company. Representing the tradition of American craftsmen, John and Bobby take pride in each and every home they build. Linda takes equal pride in knowing that every cost item is accounted for in the building of each home.
After a successful career in both real estate and home building in and around Charleston, SC, John and Linda moved their business and family to Clarendon County and started the J D Lesemann Company in 2000. Shortly thereafter, Bobby joined the Company and became a partner.
John's interest in superior workmanship and design are only natural given his ties to Charleston where distinctive architecture and quality materials combined to create the historic homes of the Southeast. John is highly skilled and experienced in finalizing design plans; and developing specifications, cost estimates and contract documents. His attention to detail coupled with his knowledge in construction insures that each custom home is built precisely to the client's wishes. John is a graduate of Charleston Southern University and completed his graduate work at Georgia Institute of Technology.
Bobby has been building homes for twenty-six years as both a carpenter and then a contractor in Clarendon, Florence and Horry Counties. Being the fifth generation of builders in his family, his knowledge and skills are not only mastered and well recognized in the industry as an excellent craftsman in framing, trim and cabinetry, but in all aspects of the home building process. Bobby's hands on approach puts him in direct touch with every subcontractor and tradesman working on a house as well as all materials used in each home. And he has an incredible ability to direct subcontractors to perform at their very best.
Linda Lesemann
Linda has over thirty years of experience in business management and real estate. In addition to handling all the Company's in house, subcontractor and material accounting functions, Linda works closely with each of our clients in finalizing their design, cost estimate, specification and contract documents as well as tracking each of our client's contract costs throughout the construction cycle. Linda also helps each client in making their product selections when needed.
John and Bobby have constructed homes in and around Clarendon County and Lake Marion with a degree of responsibility and superior quality that is uncommon in the trade. They have collectively acquired and work closely with the best of the best subcontractors and material suppliers in the area. Throughout every phase of the homebuilding process, they make themselves available to the client on a daily basis. Every home is built as if it were their own, incorporating standards into each home that are often beyond those required by code.
